Information collected through the booking form

When you submit a booking enquiry, this website collects:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Number of adults and children
• Room category preference
• Occupancy preference
• Your message
• Your consent response

The form also processes, for spam-prevention purposes only, and without a database to store it in:

• Your IP address — used transiently, in server memory only, to limit how many enquiries can be submitted from the same address in a short period; not written to a database or logged.
• Submission timing — how long the form was open before submitting, used only to help distinguish automated (bot) submissions from real ones.
• A hidden field real visitors never see or fill in — used only to detect automated submissions.

This website does not currently capture your browser/device (user agent) information or maintain a separate request log beyond what Netlify, as the hosting provider, retains as standard infrastructure logging outside this website’s control.

Purposes

• Responding to your booking enquiry
• Confirming room availability
• Communicating with you about a requested stay
• Preventing spam and misuse of the enquiry form

This website does not use your information for marketing, and there is no marketing programme to opt into.

How your enquiry is delivered

There is no project-controlled database of enquiries. A submitted enquiry is sent, by email, directly to Zenz BnB. If that email cannot be delivered for any reason, the enquiry is not retained anywhere and you will be shown an error asking you to contact Zenz BnB directly instead.

Service providers

• Netlify — hosts and executes this website.
• Resend — delivers booking-enquiry emails, once configured.

This notice does not state where these providers geographically store data, since that has not been separately verified against their current provider contracts.

Retention

Zenz BnB has not yet confirmed how long booking-enquiry emails are kept once received. This section will be updated once that period is confirmed and approved.

Your rights

You may contact Zenz BnB to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies. If analytics or another tool that sets cookies is introduced in a future phase, this notice — and a consent mechanism where required — will be updated before that happens.

Security

Zenz BnB and its service providers use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
